Shipping Policies
Free Shipping
We love our customers and are thrilled to reward you with free shipping within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK & HI) via FedEx on all L'uvalla orders over $75.
Domestic Orders
US orders are shipped via FedEx, except orders to P.O. boxes which are sent via US Priority Mail. Standard FedEx delivery time is 2-6 business days from the time your order is processed.
Rush Orders
Orders with expedited delivery (Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day Air) must be placed by 3 p.m. EST for same day processing. All expedited orders received after 3 p.m. Monday - Friday or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
International Shipments
International orders are shipped via U.S. Global Priority Mail. Shipping charges vary depending on destination and weight. Please contact us at 1-800-YUVALLA for information on international delivery.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days).
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin being processed the following Monday.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders with Overnight or Second Day Service require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated by the recipient. If a signature waiver is in place, L'uvalla cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping Options
L'uvalla orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."
Standard Service
Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
Most Standard orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date.
Please note: Most orders destined for P.O. Boxes and are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date.
Third Day Service
Third Day orders placed after 3:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Most orders shipped via Third Day Service are delivered within 3-4 business days from the order's ship date.
We're sorry. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Third Day Shipping.
Second Day Service
Second Day orders placed after 3:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Most orders shipped via Second Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.

Overnight Service
Overnight orders placed by 3:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.
We're sorry. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped via the originally selected shipping method as soon as they are available.
If your order contains item(s) that are in stock and item(s) that are backordered, the in-stock item(s) will be shipped immediately and the backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are available. There are no additional shipping charges for the shipment of backordered item(s).
Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at 1-800-988-2552 and we will be happy to assist you.
