If you are dissatisfied for any reason with a L'uvalla product that you purchased from our site, you may return it within 45 days of the ship date for an exchange, a refund or a credit.
Return Policy
To make a return or exchange by mail:
- Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:
- Name
- Member or customer number
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- When and by whom the purchase was made
- Reason for the return
- Purchase price of the item(s)
- Any discount code applied to your order
- Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a refund or a credit.

- You can choose to expedite an exchange by placing a new order with your bankcard and returning the unwanted merchandise for credit.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.
- Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
- An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your refund request.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear during shipping. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us within 3 days at 1-800-988-2552. If the return is a result of damage, we will re-ship the item to you at no additional cost.
In order to provide the fastest service possible, please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. If the item you received is damaged, we will re-ship the item to you at no additional cost.

Items you purchased from one of our retailers or e-commerce sites must be returned to the store from which you purchased and are subject to the individual merchant's return policy.
